THE CONTRACTOR COMPANY
The Limited Company provides you with a significant
commercial advantage by replicating the fiscal advantages

appropriate behaviour, will assist the contractor to comply
with IR35 regulations.
As one of a number of share holding
employees of an allocated UK incorporated Limited Company,
your services will be offered
under a “Contract for Services” to your Agency
or Client. Under your individual contract of employment with
your allocated Limited Company you will receive a salary.
The exact amount of salary will be agreed between you and
the Company. After the deduction of charges and statutory
deductions,
the balance of your earnings will be issued as a dividend.
Contractor Company Services Ltd undertakes all administration,
accounting and compliance tasks. As administrators of the
Limited Company, Contractor Company Services Ltd communicates
with
the Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise organisations
on the company’s behalf.
