FAQ's
We are aware that UK tax and company law can be a complicated
issue, but we will be happy to address any queries you might
have regarding the enclosed information. The following section
gives answers to some of the more common questions that may
be asked on a day-to-day basis:
Q. Will I have to wait longer for money to be transferred
to my bank account than being paid by the recruitment agency
or client?
A. Once we have received your billing details an invoice will
be raised and sent out within 24 hours. Having received cleared
and identified funds and processed your payment, we then use
the BACS system to transfer funds to your nominated personal
bank account. Due to the time it takes for money to travel
through the UK Bank Clearing System, you can expect to add
a further three working days to your payment cycle.
Q. What happens if I change recruitment agency or client?
A. Please notify us immediately if any of your details change,
as we may have to issue a new contract to the recruitment agency
or client.
Q. What happens if I use more than one recruitment agency
/client?
A. Simply let us know the names of the agencies that you are
registered with and we will ensure that separate contracts
are issued. When submitting your timesheet please mark clearly
the relevant agency or client which has secured you your contract.
Q. Dealing with the company administration can be time consuming
and expensive. Will I have to get involved?
A. No. As administrators, we take responsibility for all theses
issues in as much as they affect your company.
Q. How do I join Contractor Company Services Limited, and
how long does it take?
A. Contact us to request an application
pack and personal
illustration which you should complete and return to us. We
will process your form and, if everything is in order, we will
forward you all the necessary documentation normally within
a week of receipt.
